I remember, and I remember the job figures he was talking about. I don't recall him saying "by June," but I could be wrong.

That's evidenced in his budget because those "saved or created" jobs were included in his projections on that budget.

And ib thinks that it is the Rs that would lose out with a logic test for voters... :rolleyes:

In my estimation he has said he has already "saved" a certain number of jobs, and I show that with the evidence at hand that it is ridiculous to believe in this unicorn. If he has indeed "saved" jobs, it is on top of the ones he "lost"... neither of which I believe have happened because of the 5% of the stimulus that has been spent.

"Saved jobs" is an Obama Bushism .. like "enemy combatant." It's completely meaningless and can be "quantified" anyway one wants to twist statistics.

Well, we differ on that. I have never seen evidence to suggest the conspiracy that wasn't easily refutable.

I don't want to intrude on this thread but science is not on your side. I've never heard anyone easily refute science.

I have looked at it, but I can't say I have studied in intensively. Engineering concepts are out of my league, anyway, so I defer to those in the field. Honestly, based on what I have perused, it seems like there are at least a few dozen engineers to every one that supports "inside job." I have a hard time believing they're all on the payroll, and not one of them has had a crisis of conscience yet.

Again, conceptually, I admit it's out of my league, but I can at least understand what would have to be involved in the kind of conspiracy we're talking about, and need to see much, much more for there to be any kind of solid "proof" that one exists.

I appreciate your reasoned thought brother, but there is no science, history, engineering or physics that supports the tale of 9/11. It was quite simply our Reichtag Fire, our "New Pearl Harbor."

I have no doubt that more engineers than will say .,. AND Obama know the truth of 9/11. But what can they do? They are dependant on, and slaves to, the very system that was behind it.

Considering Bush had a net loss of jobs in his first term, I don't see how any apologists here can blame Obama for the inherited jobs mess he left from his second.
