Scooter verdict in 4 minutes

LOL
I still say you were thinking Marc Rich.

I love some of the ads here. My favorite one today is, "make your living will out online". What a great idea!
I actually get more pissed when "my" guys do such things than when "your" guys do it. It's up to "your" side to curtail such action from "your" guys, it is up to "mine" to do the same for "us".

At least that is how my mind runs.

"White House deputy press secretary Dana Perino said that President Bush "respected the jury's verdict" and said he was "saddened for Scooter Libby and his family."

Perino said there will be no more White House comment because it is an ongoing legal case. She said that Bush had watched the verdict on television in the Oval Office with White House chief of staff Josh Bolten and senior adviser Dan Bartlett."

Nice dodge, Shrub. It's been demonstrated beyond any doubt, that your top henchmen were leaking a CIA agent to the media. When you gonna fire them, like you promised, Shrub?

No, even the investigator said he couldn't prove that. It was proven beyond a reasonable doubt that he lied to investigators and obstructed justice.

Karl Rove and Ari Fliesher both admitted to leaking plame's name to the press. Bush originally said he'd fire anyone who leaked. Crime, or not.

It would force the pres to space out his pardons instead of waiting till the last minute. He might even have to issue some crony pardons before the nov election :)
this would force him to justify his pardons a bit...

IMO, he should have fired them. Don't say what you are unwilling to act on.

It nearly killed you not to add "like the Rich pardon", didn't it?
speaking of which, scooter libby was one of marc rich's lawyers whose work was crutial in getting Marc Rich's pardon.... now ain't that a kick!?

libby is appealing....he won't go to jail until that process is complete and ONCE AGAIN the administration won't be talking or answering questions because of the on going trial....
