SCOTUS GIVES GA, MI, WI, AND PA UNTIL THURSDAY DEC 10 AT 3PM TO RESPOND TO SUIT

So, you're good w/ legislatures designating faithless electors, and basically discarding the votes in their states.

Thanks for clarifying.

More than likely they will just void the votes and no one will make it to the required 270.

Good to see all the good ppl on the right trying to employ activist judges to over turn the loss their messiah has suffered....:(:(:(:(

But the ultimate stated goal of the filing is to turn the decisions over to the legislatures at that point. On that, Stretch is quite correct.

Yes, she described a contingent election in Congress where repubs hold a majority of the en bloc votes

True.

"As no presidential candidate received a majority of electoral votes in the election of 1824, the U.S. House of Representatives votes to elect John Quincy Adams, who won fewer votes than Andrew Jackson in the popular election, as president of the United States. Adams was the son of John Adams, the second president of the United States."

yes.....unfortunately some states ignored their own rules.....

Lol at you. That’s not what the lawsuit alleges. It alleges that the rules they created are unconstitutional. Let’s sum up what the lawsuit is asking the Supreme Court to do. It is asking the court to literally undo the election that was held in four states, thereby disenfranchising millions of voters. Their votes will just not count. Gone. Goodbye. And why? They claim that the rules put in place by state legislatures violated state constitutions and therefore those voters have no say. And then they ask that THESE EXACT SAME LEGISLATURES should now select the electors. In other words they are asking the court to green light the single largest voter fraud scheme ever perpetrated. And it would be legal in perpetuity. They could pull this again and again and again every single time ONE STATE didn’t like the election results. Every fucking state is going to sue every other state and the Supreme Court will decide every single election going forward. It is so patently absurd that a five year old would reject it. And that’s what you want for this country. It’s absurd and unamerican and the Supreme Court will toss it in the trash where it belongs. And you will all have been exposed as the traitors that you are. Have a nice day.

It’s hilarious because Texas changed their rules and the court upheld it, but Paxton doesn’t challenge Texas, Ohio or other states because Trump won those states. This lawsuit is just ridiculous.

The honest voters in the four states were disenfranchised.

The dishonest voters should be disenfranchised.

The states must justify why their unconstitutional cheat-by-mail-in ballots that were not passed through their respective legislatures did not disenfranchise the states like Texas, et al. where voters did everything according to the Constitution.

Not quite. You don't even state the underlying question without mucking it up. "The states" need only answer that if Texas didn't like their mail in ballot measures why did Texas wait until after the election, ever after the vote certifications, to bring their suit when the measures in question were adopted many months before the election was held?

Indeed.

We shall see if there are any huevos at the Supreme Court.

What dishonest voters Earl? Stop lying.

The ones that were counted after the deadline, Concarty.

Stop obfuscating.

Of course not. But what stops say California from suing every trump state? Nothing does. Maybe Oregon has a problem with Louisiana. Hey let’s file a lawsuit with Scotus. Michigan Ohio state might not get played so let’s have Michigan SUE Ohio instead. What fun!!!

I know the Democrats sure are. They did it to Bernie back in 2016 when he won every county in West Virginia and the super delegate went Clinton. WHY hasnt the DNC changed that procedure I wonder????????

There were no votes counted after the deadline in any of those states nor does the lawsuit allege that they were. I told you to stop lying.

The DNC can do whatever they want in picking their nominee. You want to throw out every vote in four states traitor.

I dont follow it closely, because the courts show no interest - but in PA for ex they DID MOVE THE DEADLINE for postmarks - without the Legislatures consent
