SCOTUS Hears Arguments, Jackson and Sotomayor Embarrass America, AGAIN

I generally like listening to SC arguments, but since Judge Jackson was added to the court it is becoming more like a congressional hearing with crazy democrats making zero sense, only there to see who can virtue signal better than the other one. Jackson is painfully stupid and it's Sotomayor is there to pick up the ass end of the low IQ freak show. You can just hear the eye rolls from the other judges that find themselves stuck with these idiots for many years to come. The left-wing judges are an embarrassment.

You cannot listen to Supreme Court arguments unless you are in the Supreme Court chamber. You read the arguments. The arguments are not made by the Justices. The Justices sometimes ask questions, but they do not make arguments. They do write opinions, but once again those are read.

Your post starts out confused, and gets worse.

Jackson got a Harvard bachelors magna cum laude, and a JD from Harvard cum laude. She was the supervising editor of the Harvard Law Review, and known for her clever arguments.

Sotomayor got a Princeton bachelors degree summa cum laude, and was also known for her clever arguments.

Hey moron, I went straight to the Supreme Court's own website, clicked the little 'listen live' button, and there it was, LOL. You're so damn dumb you didn't even bother to check before you embarrassed yourself exposing how clueless you really are.

It's obvious to me and every sane person with a functioning brain that Ketanji is a textbook DEI hire. She's a fool, plain and simple, and she sure as hell isn't the first fool Harvard has churned out. You think a fancy diploma automatically makes someone smart? Give me a break. I don't give anyone credit for being 'smart' until I see them actually do something smart or write something smart. And honestly, I'm way more impressed by the first one. Doing something smart happens in the trades every day, probably more often than in your precious academia.

Want to know if someone is truly smart? Give them a real problem and watch how they solve it. For example, hand a guy two pieces of wood, one nail, and a hammer, then tell him to make a coat hanger. A moron like you would struggle for hours trying to build some complicated wooden contraption. A smart person instantly grabs the nail, hammers it into the wall, and hangs the coat right there. Boom. Done. That guy is smarter than you. Get it yet?

Jackson couldn't even define what a woman is when asked point-blank. Then she spent the whole hearing whining 'I don't understand' like a broken record. Why? Because she genuinely didn't grasp shit that the rest of us understood without breaking a sweat. Not one of those questions was harder than figuring out that a nail can be a coat hanger all by itself.

And yeah, you claim she was 'known for her clever arguments' before the bench? That's cute. Problem is, she hasn't dropped a single clever argument since she got on the Supreme Court. You can practically hear the other Justices rolling their eyes every time she opens her mouth. She's a buffoon, end of story.
