Well that's just stupid because a non-leak surprise decision would do more to spur mass protests than a slow drip.

It was definitely one of the Conservative clerks trying to soften the impact of the decision when it is formally released.

Not that it matters anyway, the court lost its legitimacy in 2000 when it made a political decision to stop counting votes.

This decision not only ends Roe, but it also establishes that Conservatism does not believe that you have a right to privacy in the US.

What that means for board losers on JPP is that doxxing isn't going to be illegal anymore.

In fact, this decision specifically undermines the right to privacy, so if I wanted to doxx someone on JPP, I could do so legally once this decision is formalized.
