SCOTUS protects marriage equality

Jake brought up religion.
AProudLefty brought up The Bible.

gfm7175? -- neither.

It's not about religion or The Bible for me like it is for you two...
Ok I looked thru your posts. Here's an example.

"Ergo, marriage is the holy union between one man and one woman."

What makes it holy?

@Jake Starkey has been reduced to obsessing over religion.
@AProudLefty has been reduced to obsessing over The Bible.
@WinterBorn has been reduced to obsessing over various procreation-related circumstances (and now laughter).

None of them wish to focus on the etymology of the word 'marriage'.
None of them wish to focus on the fact that the man/woman union is the only union that can procreate.

No obsession. Merely observations.

Good for you. I am proud of you and your ability to look up the definitions of words.

So "holy" has a religious connotation and has a history of it.
