Second Amendment Rights Are Denied For Some

Probably because a leopard rarely changes its spots. You don't go giving a twice convicted armed robbery felon a gun.

There are ways to get rights restored. I notice you're talking about California..yikes!

Here convicted felons are not allowed to have anything that can be construed to be a weapon. Maybe a bat.

if you can't be trusted with a weapon, you can't be trusted in public. no free man shall be denied their fundamental rights.

If convicted that means due process was used. That means they can lose their rights.

once free, they are supposed to retain all of their rights. negating rights of convicts is an unconstitutional means to keep people unarmed and as an unconstitutional means to dissuade people of committing crimes

Because they forfeited those rights when they chose to become felons.
being labeled a 'domestic terrorist' is a forfeiture of rights, even if the charge is false...........so no, there is no clause in the constitution that gives the government power to deny rights permanently

You said weapon. Bats can be used as weapon. Golf clubs. Steel pipes. Anything.

So I guess felons cannot own or use any of them. So think slowly and carefully before you spew diarrhea out of your mouth.

you are babbling incoherently because you obviously can't read well........I said if they can't be trusted in public with a weapon, they can't be trusted in public. yes, a bat can be a weapon. if they can't be trusted with that, they need to remain incarcerated. has absolutely nothing to do with baseball or golf...........a weapon can be anything used to cause harm...........now you know

Yes so that means inmates cannot play baseball.

why are you switching to inmates now? we weren't talking about inmates.......and i'm pretty sure that there's no real prison around that lets the inmates play baseball

Yes they do. Baseball, basketball and such. They even have teams and championship.

Also weightlifting.

So you do want the 2nd amendment ignored when it suits you.

Not at all, but my state says otherwise. There's a lot of guys that got into trouble when they were young, but straightened up and now have families to protect, but they can't have weapons.

That's not good.
