Where is Mark Twain when you need him? This is the theater of the absurd. Obama leaks that he is going to nominate a Republican for Secretary of Defense, and before anyone can say boo, the gays freak out and start calling the soon-to-be REPUBLICAN nominee unqualified, a gay hater, homophobe, blah blah blah.
So now, for act Two, Republicans are supposed to get all up in arms that Obama's nominee is being disrespected by his base the gays, because this is a direct slap in the face to Obama. So Republicans instead of bitching up an effing storm, and saying, hey Obama, how about you do something really crazy and nominate a conservative you mf'er? HUH, how about that? they start fighting for Hagel! Who is now a fucking liberal cause celeb because he once questioned the gays!
And, to top it off, this may be the one fight they lose! Yay team conservative!
If liberals were any dumber, they'd be in comas. Good work morons!
For me, I stand with the patriots in Congress - No Chuck Hagel he's anti-American! Give us a pro-American Conservative!
