When you read that plaque above, it is hilarious that you cannot understand what it is saying and think someone has to be able to name a law broken.
You read that plaque, put out for every new military recruit to read and that is reinforced in classes and as you read it you say to the instructor 'but... but... what law has been broken? Why are you teaching us this?'
And that is why you are amongst the most stupid, 'poorly educated' on this forum. You cannot make any sense of what the purpose of that plaque and the lesson is. You are lost and asking us to try and spoon feed so you can understand and i won't do more than i have.
You can keep pushing it is wrong and insubordinate and whatever else you want to call it to teach that and i will just keep![]()

at you.
RB truly does not understand.
he is trying but just cannot grasp it.
He honestly thinks that message 'needs a law to be broken' at the time of anyone reading or the class being taught, for those words to have meaning to him.
he is daft beyond help and does not understand what it is saying. And there is no helping him. It is truly beyond him.
I believe that plaque says "officers," not recruits. Or are recruits now officers?
