It seems this place is full of trolls lately, lets have this spot for politics minus the riffraff. Discuss any political issue. I was starting on Grand Staircase Escalante in my last attempt before the mods got weird, and closed it. So I'll start with that. I left the original poll out, because I think it might have spurred it being closed.

Does anyone believe for a second, that Trump knew the what, and where of Grand Staircase Escalante? I think some lobbyists for mineral exploration told him what to think, and most of the details.

Reduction of federal gubmint overreach. Bravo!
Same as with reversal of EPA's illegal WOTUS.
If Trump didn't have such a personality disorder I'd back him.

The mods just have a thing about threads being in the right forum, it isn’t weird, it’s why we have them. You won’t have a problem with us if you post your threads in the proper forums, thanks

Trying to make sense of any actions trump takes, is similar to waiting for Bush to be able to complete a full sentence...it's an exercise in futility.

Once you understand that the only motivation the tangerine colored buffoon has is the eradication of Obama from history, you stop trying to attribute any other motivation to his actions.

The guy's got Obama envy worse than anyone I've ever seen.

I think he directed someone at the BLM to find a couple of lesser-known national monuments to remove that status from so that he could satisfy his base's craving for exploitation.

The cherry on that cupcake was that Escalante and the other one were designated by the guy he is most envious of in the entire world -- President Obama.

The land involved in the two monuments will still be BLM land. Any corporate CEO that would attempt to get rights to mine or log on that land would have to be a complete moron and be fired by his board of directors. There is some question as to whether or not a president has the right to abrogate a monument so this thing will be in the courts for some years to come. It has to be pretty clear that the only reason for Trump's actions to again Pander to his ignorant right wing fools.
 
Why is this a place that doesn't ban the white nationalist trolls, like so many others do. Most of the time lately, the majority of discussions are incoherent race bait trolling, from only a couple newbie posters. I feel like coming to this site less now, because I just see a bunch busy off bickering with a couple newbie trolls, and only so much else.
 
3 million more votes. Trump is an embarrassment. Comey gave the election to Trump and he fired him. Dumb. Obama warned him not to hire Flynn. Trump did. dumb Yates warned that Flynn was in a dangerous spot and possibly a blackmail subject. Trump fired her. dumb
