I already found it, but that's less "Amazing Grace" and more shuckin' n' jivin' than anything.
I used to have this old coach. Old thick FL built ass black man. He'd say "I don't want no shuckin' n' jivin' fellas, just lift the weights."
He was pretty cool actually. I got out of cussin' cuz I did 50 pushups. 😆
He said "Gimme 50 now, or go to the Dean's office". Right when he caught me, that's what happened. I did 50 on my knuckles. They bled. I'm OK.
He was a great coach, he just didn't put up with crap. Court pavement was scorching that day, literally.
