You and the right try to dismantle and demean our public schools all the time
 
Problem is the US does not so anything about the root of the causes, other then medicate these people, which sometimes makes it worse. These are individuals that have been scorned by society in one way or another, bullied, made fun of, etc....

There is no way you can protect society from these individuals. Especially if they are armed.

What you can do is give them proper treatment rather then give them pills and sweep them under the rug, or limit semi-automatic weapons.

Hisa Mom was a right wing gun nut and "TREATED" him for his illnesses by not making him take the medication he needed and instead bought him guns and ammo in in sane amounts.

the mom was as crazy as her kid.

I'd rather have armed security at the entrances. Bullied kids could also go to them for help.

Teachers have stressful jobs. I wouldn't want one to snap while armed at school.
 
What happens when we arm every one, and a kids STILL get killed? They are already trying to market armor for children. :palm:

Brilliant idea! Wow...that's just so conducive to a quality education experience. Let's make an armed war zone out of our schools.

From a pedagogical standpoint that's got to be one of the most stupid ideas I've ever heard and it does absolutely nothing to address the root cause of the problem.

Wow...are you really that scared of the outside world? I'm sure for some people it's a security blanket and I aint got a problem with that, if it makes them feel better, but truth is, you'd probably just end up dead yourself. When a person with a military style weapon has the drop on you, even if you carrying, there's not a whole lot you can do. Brining attention to yourself more than likely would result in your death than the assailant...having said that...what does this have to do with the price of fish? How does this address the problem of crazy fucks using military weapons to kill a lot of people? Not a damned thing.
