I know it's a new concept for her and also you; but if you want your posts to be understood, it helps it they're just a collection of words with a dose of obtuse thrown in for good measure.

When a person who one has birthed and parented is on medication and suffering from acute mental illness is 19 and still lives in the home of that parent, I think that's parent's responsibility for the care of that 19 year old is a fair, moral, if not legal assumption to make. Why do you have a problem with the parent being responsible for her son? Do you think that even the mentally ill must assume personal responsibility for themselves? Maybe you should read up on some other laws as well. Not even the states have gone that far. He was not in control and she seems to have failed him and the people of Sandy Hook by her disregard for his state as evidenced by the fact that she was going to give him another handgun at Christmas!

Do you read at all? Do you know what the words "if not legal" mean in the context in which I wrote them? Do you know what the differences are between moral and legal? When she allowed her son who could obviously not be on his own (no matter that he was over 18, as if the mentally ill are suddenly cured on their 18th birthday) to stay in her home she assumed responsibility for him. She was feeding, clothing, and caring for him evidently mostly around the clock. That is about as responsible as a person can be for another person, practically speaking, isn't it?

Personally I think you're being to hard on yourself and there was really no need for you to point our your behavior, seeing as how you reveal it in the majority of your replies; but then someone who sees a hose, where there was none, probably has more problems then just cognitive reasoning.

I was having a sarcastic debate about how it would be nice if everyone was armed. Especially the poor people, and if every poor person shot a rich man, it might be a better place to live. lol He quickly stated people like me shouldn't bare arms. And my argument is, why? Isn't it my right to bear arms? lol

It makes all the sense! If it is a right to bear arms, then guns should be affordable. Even to poor people. What do you think will happen when poor people have guns? The dumb ones turn on each other. Who would the smart ones blame for his/her woes?

Some rich person comes down and talks down to you(Especially at work), would get shot in the face.
