Gloucester, Virginia utility worker Patrick Millen describes himself as “pro-Second Amendment all the way, every day.” The 56-year-old lifelong resident considers himself a responsible gun owner, and doesn’t think his constitutional right to bear arms should be infringed upon in any way.

At the same time, Millen told The Daily Beast on Monday, “Everybody knows you ain’t supposed to have guns on school property.”

On Saturday evening, a small group of men in camouflage showed up at the Thomas Calhoun Walker Education Center, toting military-style rifles. Their leader, Mike Dunn, has long been affiliated with the Boogaloo Bois, a loosely organized anti-government extremist group aiming to foment a second Civil War. He told local reporters that he and his armed crew were there to publicly decry the felony charges laid against four associates who showed up to a Gloucester School Board meeting at the same location on July 11, carrying concealed handguns.

If it's a state law, it won't matter, the WSE terrorists will be arrested. The Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office could be seeing their own officers in trouble for failing to do their duty.
 
It's not a school lol.

It's a government building.

They also never walked on the property, they stayed in public space.

Of course they can't arrest them for that.

It's legal.

The only think they did wrong was not acquire a permit to protest.

Cops have better stuff to do.

Hey, just because you are a "hillbilly" doesn't automatically mean you're an ignorant, inbred redneck. Remember, there were/are some black folk in the Appalachians as well. I've had the privilege of knowing folk from that region and family history. Nice folk...they just don't trust "city folk" all that much....can't say I blame them.

A fair point about the difference between government building and school. What's the Virginia law on bringing guns to a school board meeting?
 
They should have shown up in 'black bloc' holding Antifa and "pride" flags, while carrying clubs, and displaying a banner calling for the death of police. That way the MSM would have ignored or excused the whole thing...
