I am not convinced there are two sets of rules.

But I am very convinced that some people do not understand the 12b rule.

And I think some people are somewhat confused about the term grooming.

Many things in life are groomed- Hair, finger nails, toe nails, clothing, Christmas trees, shrubs, yards, landscapes, social skills, English Skills, for example.

Be sure that you understand the English language, in knowing that there are more than one definition to many words that make up our English Language!

And when someone refers to grooming our children, understand there are more than one way to groom a child.

Instead of using such a loose-fit catch phrase "grooming children", one should have better used a more descriptive phrase such as, "Influencing the minds and developmental behaviors of children" instead!

Say what you actually mean, and more people may understand what the fuck you are even talking about. To say that teachers are "grooming our children" in schools, could mean any number of things, to intelligent people.

I had to do a little googling on that, as I was shocked to hear that schools are still segregated in America in 2023.

Turns out that it is true, that Ohio still has many schools, in effect most of their schools throughout their state, that are still all White and all Black.

That is totally absurd and preposterous by today's standards!

Which only proves my point that OHIO is a very racist state full of racists like HER!!

Apartheid/segregation isn't an official state policy though. It has to do with where people live. In St. Louis, the city schools are majority black students, because 1) the population is majority black, and 2) white residents tend to send their kids to private schools. Sadly, the city's public schools tend to attract marginal teachers and staff because the pay is so low; good teachers can get jobs in wealthier suburban areas.
