I say they should along with groups like the national alliance and the KKK they are all hate groups , some against our government and some like blm and antifa have been involved in violence across the nation /


All those who defended them and helped then money wise like Harris and Biden should be charged and fine and removed from office

That might happen since Congress will probably declare most of the militias, especially the Proud Boys and Boogaloo Bois, as domestic terrorists. They fit the FBI definition. Multiple arrests to follow.

As this article notes, there's no criminal law against "domestic terrorism" so other charges have to be filed to put them in prison for life. Regardless, now that Trump has repeatedly labeled them as criminals, they are royally fucked.

According to your OP, you should be charged for supporting those people who are against Fascism.
 
Again I like to deal with facts. It is a fact the BLM and Antifa are terrorist organisations as defined in law. So, a priori, they must be banned and rounded up and jailed for a long time.
 
So if I describe myself as an Antifa member who is against Fascism, I should be banned and rounded up? Do you see the irony in that one?

No, but I do see irony in people who keep defending Trump by attacking Hunter Biden with dozens of threads and now advocating banning Freedom of Association.

No, they are not. Terrorist organizations are designated by the government, not Fox and Infowars.

No, they aren't. If anything they lean socialist, not fascist like Nazis. BTW, I'm surprised Rush Limbaugh isn't dead yet. I hope the fucking Nazi is in agony and have a special bottle of liquor set aside when he dies.
