Tell me, Watermark, if you were obligated to make the decision, would you kill a few Arab terrorists or thousands of American citizens? That is assuming water boarding can actually kill a person, which if done properly, it cannot.

Just to set the record straight, I'm 100% opposed to torture, which I define as anything that breaks bones or causes bleeding or other physical trauma. But I'm all for harmless interrogation techniques such as loud music, sleep deprivation and water boarding. If that's what it takes to get information out of these scumbags, so be it.
