Should Trump pardon the J6 political prisoners?

The window was already broken. And, unlike some homeowner, Lt. Byrd was a federal police officer and had to follow federal use of force guidelines. He did not do so in the least. His most egregious offense was after shooting Babbitt, he fled the scene. If she was so dangerous why did he run away after shooting her?

Any other cop in any other police force that shot somebody dead and immediately left the scene of the shooting would have been charged, likely with murder. But not Byrd. The Democrats covered for him.

Doesn’t get any less hysterical as many times as the echo it, now it is a “nothing more than a trespassing event,” least it is a step up from “just another tourist day”

Can’t say I’ve heard of many “trespassing events” where multiple police are assaulted, draws national TV exposure on all news sources, and the Vice President of the country has to be quickly escorted out because of imminent death threats

Nobody gives a shit about the losers, they’ve already exposed themselves as fools before the American public

No that's all it was was trespassing and the lady that was murdered in cold blood while trespassing was unarmed. Trespassing in not a capital offense except to deranged hate filled leftist assholes.

No, there were at least 3 or 4 capitol police in front of the doors and windows that Babbitt went through. There were several more capitol police mixed in with the mob near the stairs right behind Babbitt. She, singularly, climbed through. If the mob was really intent on breaking in, they could have easily overpowered the few police officers standing between them and those doors, but they didn't.

Byrd has a history of doing really stupid shit as a police officer. He was clearly a DIE hire. His incompetence cost someone their life, and he wasn't held in the least responsible for it.

Use of deadly force is only indicated when lessor force cannot be used and has been tried.

Demonstrate how Babbitt was assaultive to a point of immediately causing serious bodily harm or major damage to property such as say, arson or using say an explosive device.

Byrd's response should have been to enter the hallway and confront Babbitt as she climbed through, giving her a warning to retreat. He did no such thing.

Right, “just a trespassing event” where multiple police are assaulted, drew national TV exposure on all news sources, was first American takeover of the Capitol, and the Vice President of the country has to be quickly escorted out because of imminent death threats, happens at all trespassing cases
