You have it backwards. The Progressive Left has been the single largest contributor to the creation of an ever-expanding gap in wealth between the "rich" and everyone else. They are the ones shrinking the Middle Class.

Name the policies and ways the Right / Conservatives have made the rich richer and more powerful while screwing everybody else. It's easy to demonstrate how the Left has done it.

Social Security. It was supposed to be a "safety net." That is a retirement when you had nothing else to fall back on. Instead, it has seen the decline to nothing in pensions, replacement by IRA's and 401K's and these are now under attack by the Left to get more taxes out of them.

Healthcare. The Left (FDR) imposed wage and price controls in WW 2 that resulted in the rise of employer paid health insurance. That has grown to be universal. The cost of healthcare has risen obscenely above inflation as a result. Now the Left wants universal government run healthcare which will see a marked decline in quality and a rise in costs hurting not the rich but everybody else.

The Left wants to turn owners into renters. They have done their best to make homes unaffordable to most people if they aren't rich.

The way taxes are structured favors the rich and burdens the non-rich the most as a percentage of their income. Toss in regulations and such and these suppress wages while raising the cost of living. The typical rich employer is paying $10 to $15,000 an employee in taxes and other regulatory burdens a year. That's money that could go to the employee but is going to the government instead.

Across the board, the Progressive Left wants more government, more taxes, more control. For the rich, they can avoid that because they're rich. They have access and keep the politicians at bay. So, the politicians go after everybody else instead.

The Right / Conservatives want limited government, meaning less taxes, less government, less control.

How can you regularly be 100 percent wrong? The people at the Olympics are getting a taste of universal healthcare. One was giddy talking about all they did for her from glasses to teeth. They get universal healthcare and the cost of the system is 50 percent of ours.
I have relatives in Windsor, Canada. Every time I see them, I ask if they wish they had our healthcare, They laugh and say "hell no".
The Repub have used that old fiscal conservative lie since Reagan. That is not how they govern. They jack up the deficit every time . Trump did it more than any other president ever. They are for big, bigger ,biggest government. Read the 2025 and see how big they will make government and how they will intrude in our lives.
Check out their abortion ideas. Not only are they taking a girls life decisions from her, but they are threatening jail. They have the power to intrude in your medical decisions ending the privacy of doctor/patient relationships. That is as big as government intrusion as I can imagine.
We have the worst wealth gap in history. Huge corporations and the wealthy pay little or no taxes.
I could go on, but your thinking is so bad, that I bore of straightening you out.
But you are conned. Until you can open your eyes, you will remain an enemy of the American experiment.

The only thing the regressive right does is to make life harder for everyone except the billionaires.

You will never see it, because you refuse to see it.
