There is none. Trump got his list from the Heritage Foundation. He published it beforehand. Same, same.

True. Which makes me appreciate the appointments by Clinton and Bush Jr. For all their faults they really were interested in getting ideological moderates, excluding RBG of course.

Believe it or not there is a scenario in which I would.
1. Republicans do a serious takeover of congress in November.
2. Biden comes to his senses like Clinton did after his first midterms and decides to work with Republicans and become the moderate he was in the senate.
3. Instead of pretending he’s another FDR he actually starts to pay attention to real problems like the border, getting realistic about COVID and treats it like an endemic rather than the Black Plague now that it’s not as serious as it as 2 years ago ( like Europe is doing more and more ).
4. Gets rid of his odd overwhelming obsession with coddling blacks.

But he’s not as smart as Clinton was, never has been so I see little chance he turns the corner. Like AOC and the far left I see him doubling down on stupidity. Basically what his inept VP said would happen.

Work with them on what exactly? Their legislative agenda? They don’t have one. Important issues on their platform? They don’t have one. Maybe he can work with Republicans to overturn the 2020 election because that is the ONLY thing the titular head of the party wants. Maybe some legislation to pardon the 1/6 rioters? They might actually do that. Please.

Not much has really changed significantly over the years.

Pubs - cut taxes and increase spending on the military causing increase in government debt, less regulation, guns guns guns, anti choice, individual liberty (the last two contradictory positions), states’ rights, enforcement of existing immigration laws (border control).

Dims - increase taxes, increase spending on entitlements causing increase in government debt, soft on crime, repeal 2nd amendment, pro death, Draconian regulation and control over individual liberty (the last two contradictory positions), they’ve been the War Party but that changes from time to time. , central authoritarian control, open borders (lately due to TDS).

What you described basically is Trump Trump Trump.
And personally, he seems to be finished. He’s getting more unhinged. My Republican friends have had it with him but that’s only anecdotal of course.

No, when it comes to the GOP EVERYTHING has changed. That is not the GOP platform nor is it part of the GOP legislative agenda. They stand for one thing. The election was stolen. Period. Full stop. Show me ANY other official positions they taken on any topic not about the election. Yesterday the RNC said January 6th was ‘legitimate political discourse’. They have officially endorsed treason and you want Biden to work with them? ROTFLMFAO!!! I have no interest in working with traitors. Neither should Biden.
