You must be stupid. Why wouldnt they have to pay us ? Look at all the damage they have done to our country just to enrich themselves. Its not like they can pay any actual slaves,...they have all been dead for a century. So,...they should pay the US government for their past sins.

it is only stupid. It is a simple right-wing deflection. They provided a service to the slave owner in America. If we did not buy slave\s, they would not have captured them. At the peak, we had 4 million slaves.
 
Lots of family fortunes were made off slavery. The Duke family used them on tobacco farms. Cotton farm fortunes were made off them. The slave trade was lucrative. Many famous families in America now were started with slave ownership.

If there wasn't a market for slaves, I suspect most would have simply been killed. These were, after all, warring tribes.

Given that he's repeatedly, and openly, lied to congress under oath about border conditions, has utterly failed on border security (the "illegal crossings are down" is bullshit because the illegals can simply go to a border crossing station and get let in if they claim amnesty or hardship with Mayorkas' policies), often shows he has no clue or won't answer questions about his department, on the whole he is so incompetent, and has so grossly violated his oath of office, he should be impeached.

If there is one person deserving of being called treasonous, it's Alejandro Mayorkas.

Impeaching Mayorkas is a Congressional decision, not a DOJ decision.

If there's one person deserving of being called treasonous, it's the people who planned and executed the attack on Congress 6JAN21. As for Mayorkas, why hasn't Congress passed Immigration Reform. Wouldn't that fix most of our problems? Even GW Bush wanted it. Here we are 15 years later and Nada.

No, I see somewhere between 15 and 25 million illegals in the US as a huge drain on the economy and country. Given that the average illegal has 2 to 5 criminal charges / convictions, an less than 8th grade--and often less than 6th grade--education, has at least one serious health issue, and remits most of their money out of the country (it's how Western Union, for example survives as a company), they aren't doing much for the US...

IMO, it's because the big business donors to the Republican Party are making far too much money off the status quo. Building a wall is simply a distraction for idiots.
