He is not well.

Recall that Donald Trump completely changed his own stance on his unilateral "ceasefire with Iran" in less than seven hours.

He first blustered: “The ceasefire will not be extended under any circumstances,” but just hours later, in a new message, he said: “The ceasefire has been extended”, a sudden reversal that once again drew attention to his ongoing pattern of contradictory statements and concerning behavior.

Trump claimed that the decision to extend the ceasefire was made in response to requests from Pakistani officials and was aimed at "giving Iran time".

He stated: “The ceasefire will remain in place until Iran submits.”

This delusional statement comes despite the fact that no active negotiation process is currently underway. Iran has already decided not to participate in any more talks due to American duplicity.

At the same time, some media outlets have amplified Trump's bizarre narrative with a wave of false reports about diplomatic movements. One of the most repeated claims was that "Vice President J.D. Vance is heading back to Pakistan", an assertion that has been made multiple times but has not materialized.

If such narratives were taken at face value, several rounds of negotiations would already have been completed by now.

In reality, however, no more talks have taken place, and Iran’s position of not participating remains unchanged.

Now, Trump says he has canceled all further talks, saying that they are "too much work" and "too expensive".

Patient Overview

  • Age: 79
  • Sex: Male
  • Race: White
  • BMI: Obese
  • Symptoms: Forgetfulness, bruising on hands, rash on neck, swelling in ankles (“cankles”), excessive sleepiness

Potential Health Concerns by Symptom

  1. Forgetfulness / Cognitive Issues
    • Could indicate mild cognitive impairment, dementia (e.g., Alzheimer’s), or medication side effects.
    • Other causes: thyroid issues, vitamin B12 deficiency, sleep apnea, or metabolic problems.
  2. Easy Bruising (Hands)
    • Suggests possible blood clotting issues or platelet disorders.
    • Could be from medications like blood thinners (warfarin, aspirin) or steroids.
    • Less commonly, could indicate hematologic malignancies (e.g., leukemia).
  3. Rash on Neck
    • Could be eczema, fungal infection, allergic reaction, or a sign of a systemic disease (e.g., liver or kidney problems).
    • Location on the neck can sometimes be related to insulin resistance (acanthosis nigricans).
  4. Cankles (Swelling in Ankles)
    • Often fluid retention, which may indicate:
      • Heart failure
      • Kidney disease
      • Liver disease
      • Venous insufficiency
    • Obesity itself can worsen fluid accumulation.
  5. Excessive Sleepiness
    • Could be sleep apnea, heart failure, thyroid disease, or medication side effects.
    • Chronic fatigue in older adults can also be a red flag for metabolic or systemic disease.

Red Flags

  • Bruising and rash combined may indicate blood disorders or immune conditions.
  • Swelling (edema) with fatigue could suggest heart, kidney, or liver dysfunction.
  • Rapid cognitive decline is concerning and warrants neurological evaluation.

Recommended Next Steps

  1. Primary Care Visit ASAP
    • Complete physical exam
    • Blood tests: CBC, metabolic panel, liver and kidney function, thyroid, vitamin B12
    • Urinalysis
  2. Cardiovascular Assessment
    • ECG, echocardiogram to check for heart failure or arrhythmias
  3. Medication Review
    • Evaluate for drugs causing sedation, bruising, or fluid retention
  4. Neurology or Geriatric Specialist
    • Cognitive testing
  5. Dermatology
    • Examine rash to rule out infection or systemic causes

Bottom line: This combination of obesity, cognitive decline, bruising, rash, edema, and fatigue in a 79-year-old is concerning and needs urgent medical attention. Some of these symptoms may be minor, but together they suggest systemic issues that should not be ignored.

This is why he just had Dr Oz come out proclaiming how healthy he is and how strong his testosterone currently is... oh except Dr Oz had to admit he is a fat fuck, because our eyes do not lie, even if Dr Oz does.
