Small size of most U.S. police departments complicates reform

I'm not sure why you felt it was necessary to lie about which of my posts you were quoting, but it is rather sad that you would do so........

I guess the zeal with which you engage in trying to attack my religion carries you away sometimes......or all the time.....
If there's a lie, it's "99.9%" yours.

What religion? It's not Christianity.

you are lucky she didn't realize it was just that your fly was open......you could have been arrested.......

Translation: Fuck you, Dutch. Everyone knows I worship the Dark Lord.

Crime is exploding l, and will get worse....a lot worse, which is exactly what the Revolution designed.....because it is all about power.

Fear is what they have made, on purpose.

The congress of the United States possesses no power to regulate, or interfere with the domestic concerns, or police of any state: it belongs not to them to establish any rules respecting the rights of property; nor will the constitution permit any prohibition of arms to the people; or of peaceable assemblies by them, for any purposes whatsoever, and in any number, whenever they may see occasion. —ST. GEORGE TUCKER'S BLACKSTONE

Correct. Congress can and does establish their own police force, but they cannot interfere (legally) with a local police force.
