Confirmation bias. Snopes says it was a survey not a study... MOVING is myocarditis after Covid-19... So. Snopes says "false" because they say study instead of survey, but everything else is right, according to your confirmation bias source.
A FOIA act got them to "release" an entirely redacted 148 page document on MOVING...
And the guy "clearing" this up does indeed state that all 148 pages were redacted and a secondary related release had "mostly redacted" pages.

Drugs, most especially opiates, and illegal drugs, and all viruses, including all Covid strains, and deadly bacterias, causes Myocarditis and heart failure.
There has never been any cases of the MRNA vaccine linked to Myocarditis.
The only problems known from taking the vaccine were linked to people with Autoimmune Syndrome.
And I believe they were warned of the potential danger, and were advised not to get the vaccine by the CDC!
As I remember having to check a box on the form, saying I did not have autoimmune disease before I signed it to get the jab!

Several studies found that while myocarditis and pericarditis can follow mRNA vaccination, the data show vaccination protects against complications. For example, a study from Germany showed that the risk of dying from myocarditis from a COVID-19 infection is much higher than the risk of dying from myocarditis not caused by COVID-19.
