I dont see any way out for Scotland now...there is nothing of value left but the views but tourism will be extremely limited in UTOPIA....I saw a new plan that will will get 4 air flights.....over an entire life.

Even if that is 4 round trips per life almost no one will choose Scotland.

Dont imagine that in UTOPIA you get unlimited rail either...every mile will be charged against your carbon points and your social credit score...you will obviously also need digital currency points.
