Ummmmm, no. Russia will never accept that. That's part of why the war is happening in the first place. Russia does NOT want NATO right on their doorstep, same as we didn't want the then Soviet Union right on our doorstep back in the 60s (Cuban Missile Crisis).
The war will end very quickly. Russia will get to keep most (if not all) of the land that they took from the Eastern part of Ukraine (those people largely favor Russia over Ukraine anyway), and Ukraine will stay out of NATO. Ukraine will hold an election and Zelenskyy will be kicked to the curb.

North Korea plays China off against Russia. They have been more on the side of Russia lately. China keeps trying to explain they cannot just order North Korea to do things.
Ukraine is trying to become part of the EU, not the USA. Again, there is no way to order them to do things.

We all know what disarming Ukraine means. You can claim it would only be a partial surrender, but a complete invasion would follow, and so it would be a complete surrender in the end. The Ukrainians will not accept losing their entire nation to Putin.
And if Putin had fought better, or the Ukrainians had not fought as well, then Putin would have won that.
Cuba is still at our doorstep. In fact, the Soviet Union was the one who forced the right of every nation to have their own alliances. That goes for Ukraine too.
The Ukrainians are not going to just hand over their children to be murdered. trump has to find something to offer the Ukrainians, and he is not finding it.

Ukraine (Zelenskyy) hasn't been doing anything during this entire war without first receiving direct orders from the CIA.It also would be over in 24 hours if Ukraine withdrew from sovereign Russian land.
It also would have never started if Ukraine (the CIA) hadn't "poked the bear". Trump knew better, the Biden shadow government didn't.

You mean like the war to take over all of Ukraine he is currently fighting, and is threatening to fight in the future. He has clearly said that Ukraine should not exist as a separate country.
We all thought Putin would successfully be able to invade Ukraine in about a week or two. It turns out that Russia was much weaker than we thought, and Ukraine was much more determined than we thought. What Putin cannot win on the battlefield, he is hoping trump will give him.
Do you know how far Estonia and Finland are from Saint Petersburg, Russia? He already has NATO on his doorstep. Much like we have Cuba on our doorstep.
I am sure the Ukrainians would disagree. They have fought hard to retain their independence, and trump wants to sell them out.
It was the problem, which is why the Bay of Pigs happened. The Bay of Pigs failed, so now we have to live with an independent Cuba with alliances that are not ours. Russia has to live with an independent Finland, Estonia, and hopefully Ukraine.
