WHAT company has ever rolled out something this BIG without a glitch?

I liked in Pres Obama's speech yesterday where he referenced Apple - they rolled out iOS7/iPhone 5/5s; a couple days later they had to send out a patch. No one suggested Apple shouldn't be in business.....
