Yes. In a way that you can verify how they voted. True, the number is normally separated before the count. That does not change the fact that a number is attached your ballot identifying the voter and even the place he voted.

Bullshit. Nothing was taken out of context. She was clear as day with what she said. No need to lie like a typical lefty. He will concede when it has been determined by law that he lost. Not media.

She didn't literally mean he should NEVER concede. She meant that he shouldn't give up until it's over. Though she really should have been more careful with her phrasing. She should have known that would be taken out of context.

If 30 out of a thousand were frauds, I would think there was massive fraud. We have been through this hundreds of times, and no fraud has been found, so I do not need to deal with it.
