Hey dumbshit libby, did you see this line in the article, "The university has since settled several lawsuits from women who said their allegations of sexual assault by football players were mishandled or ignored." Sounds like some n!iggers were enjoying black privilege, raping white woman and having the university ignore the victims.

You racist dumbshit, the prosecutor accepted the plea bargain because he said there was substantial doubt the woman was telling the truth. The prosecutor explained he expected an acquittal if he took it to court, and so taking a plea was a way to impose some consequences for the young man.

As already pointed out, the Proseecutor believed the alleged victim was lying. The plea deal was to avoid an aquital.

Dumbshit, You're trying to argue the young white man was released because he's white. I'm wondering, what is his alleged victim? Is she a white woman or is it a negress? If white, where's her white-privilege?

Judge Ralph Strother accepted the plea deal for Jacob Walter Anderson, who was indicted on sexual assault charges and pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of unlawful restraint. A no contest plea means a defendant does not admit guilt, but will offer no defense.

The deal from prosecutors allowed Anderson to receive deferred probation. The ex-Phi Delta Theta president agrees to seek counseling and pay a $400 fine. Anderson will not be forced to register as a sex offender.

The woman who accused Anderson said she was devastated by the judge's decision and described the county's justice system as "severely broken." An online petition had been created to oppose the plea agreement, which the woman said more than 85,000 people have signed.

He already has. Aren’t you familiar with sexual abuse scandal at Baylor that brought down Baylor’s very successful football coach and cost him his job.

Now in regards to the OP...I’m not aware of all the facts of the case and not in a position to pass judgment.

Yea...sort of. The black athletes who were implicated in the sexual abuse case at Baylor were also accused of being privileged star athletes and thus got a pass.

Ironic? More like hypocritical as hell given Starr’s role in investigating Clinton and prosecuting him over the Lewinsky scandal.

However to emphasize my point, the black student athletes in that case got off as lightly as this young man apparently has.
