I don't think you folks in the EU are through it yet or that we are here.....if what Obama did would have stopped it things would be different.....instead, he's made it worse.....

Try to grasp the difference between productive verses unproductive spending. What did Bush's spending on wars do for the average American? Obama's spending saved jobs. GM being one example. His spending also helped in other ways. Extension of UI being an example.

If one believed in conspiracy theories it would be easy to assume the Repubs deliberately caused a deficit so there wouldn't be money for social programs. Remember Rumsfeld saying war was an option they could afford? They could afford a war but couldn't afford to help people pay for medical care.

That's what causes the uproar against taxes. Under a Repub administration the average person gets nothing in return.

Another four years of an Obama Administration and that will all change. Once ObamaCare fully kicks in the vast majority of citizens will never go back to the old ways of medical care.

Change is in the air. :)

The Stimulus package passed by the Democrats worked, and would have worked much better if the GOP hadn't limited it to little more than a package of tax breaks.

Wall Street and the banks started the whole sorry mess but it has now moved on to Europe, the Euro is living on borrowed time and will most likely collapse in the next year. If and when that happens, you will see what would have happened in 2008-9 without the deficit spending measures enacted by Obama.

look at the deficit the day he was inaugurated and today......look at unemployment the day he was inaugurated and today.......look at foreclosures and bankruptcies the day he was inaugurated and today......look at gas prices the day he was inaugurated and today......shucks, even the one thing the left will claim as his greatest accomplishment, health care reform, doesn't even take effect for two more years......

which part, the EU or the US?.......Greece is still an unsolved problem and they say Spain may be five times worse......even as the EU struggles to move away from an entitlement environment, the American left is working hard to turn us into what you are running from......and if you think I'm the biggest hack around here, you must have half the board liberals on ignore....

Government spending and government debt to finance that spending is the problem. Obamas reaction has been to double down on government spending and government debt to finance that spending.
