I am sure you were not around when Nixon was impeached. There was no light switch flipped. It took time and evidence came out slowly and accumulated until it could no longer be ignored. Trump's problems have that familiar scent. He cannot survive a serious investigation and questioning of his staff. He is a dirty man and a crook. His whole staff will be bloodied and broken when it is done.
Things do not happen quickly when the prez has his entire staff stonewalling.I did not think we would see the day when a prez and his staff ignore court orders and subpoenas. Those are the actions of the guilty.

So if the Democrats can actually prove a Trump crime, you assume that Republicans are as partisan & corrupt as Democrats, right? There will be an impeachment if Nancy can't keep control of her rabid, mad junkyard dog Democrats.

The process for nailing down Trump's crimes is in force. It is a process. Like was said before, a thousand prosecutors say the obstruction case the calm, fair and legal-minded Mueller laid out is a lock.
The Dems are careful, calm and deliberative. We know the Reub senate would not go along under any circumstances. That is the reason impeachment is a last resort. Trump will face the legal system for all his criminal behavior.That is how the legal system works.

Well friend, that’s your problem, you believe things that aren’t true! I’m 83 years old and I likely was around before you arrived. Nixon was never impeached because he resigned. Nobody knows if he would have been removed from office if he had been impeached. Nixon’s own tapes gave enough proof that he was guilty of obstruction of justice & he fired a Special Prosecutor. Then you know the hearing were the biggest TV ratings in the country. Day after day, the hearings laid bare more and new internal crimes. The impeachment vote was there. Nowadays, you cannot get rightys to vote for anything outside the control of the party and the wealthy.
