Something new for Democrats to deny

Democrats have spent 38 days trying to mask the reason why health insurance premiums caused by Obamacare are about to explode because of mandates imposed on insurers and not asked for by those provided coverage.
 
We are supposed to be a Republic, but the majority elected representatives are being held hostage by the minority and unelected federal judges.

The filibuster is not in the constitution and federal judges were never intended to be this powerful.
 
Chuck Schumer has no professional experience outside politics. He graduated from Harvard Law in 1974, passed the bar, but never practiced, instead jumping straight into the New York State Assembly that year at age 23. He's been in elected office continuously ever since.
