That could explain why it's called "The Southern Strategy" and not "The Colorado Strategy".

If Romney loses, as it's looking like he will, that will drive a stake through the heart of the southern strategy. It will prove conclusively that a Democratic candidate can win the white house with out the south.
 
This is the last refuge of OWEbama supporters. They can feel the election slipping away from them so they are trying to scare black folk to get the turnout up. Turnout of the democrat base is going to be low. All evidence points to suppressed democrat turnout and enthused GOP turnout. This scares the crap out of the democrats because they want to try to keep it close so they can cheat/claim fraud.

Why do you think they always try to overwhelm the polls in traditionally black cities like St. Louis? Then they can scream they need to keep the polls open so they can see how many votes they need to win in a close election.

That is why, unfortunately the GOP always has to win by large margins.

As it stands, Romney wins 53-48% and takes Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, New Hampshire, Colorado, Ohio and Wisconsin. Rack it.
