FWIW, I'm against student loan forgiveness. People who are given things rarely respect them as much as if they earned it. Children are given things, adult self-esteem is enhanced by knowing they earned it.

Secondly, why forgive the loans of some but not those of us who paid back our loans through belt-tightening and hard work?

While I agree our education system has major flaws, most of it is due to the fact universities take advantage of government programs to line their pockets just like Trump and his oligarchs are doing now.

Better, IMO, is to offer cheap, quality programs online akin to the Khan Academy. The first two years of college are mostly core classes. Our military personnel on deployment and elsewhere take advantage of such programs. Like the military, offering people the chance to earn two years of college through work programs, including non-military options like the Peace Corps, allows them to learn self-discipline, garner self-respect and makes them better adults.
 
She had no cases. She was following Trump's directives to use the justice department to make leftys miserable. She did what he told her to because she lacks integrity. She wasted millions of dollars on weak, bad cases. But to Trump, making them spend time and money on defense is a victory,.

This many cases of "failure to launch" from the DOJ is completely unprecedented.

Prosecutors used to say "you can indict a ham sandwich" meaning indictments are easy to get and yet tRump's justice department can't seem to secure any.

The whole department has devolved into total incompetence.

The US jury system works exactly as intended. Serves social justification by people that believe living is a dream state of mind where reasonable doubt is better than understanding self evident time biologically eternally separated "being(verb)" alive daily here.
