SpaceX Starship falls apart during test flight over the Bahamas

A Democrat put man on the moon.
A Democrat who lowered taxes and talked like Ronnie Reagan. If he were running now you guys would treat him like RFK Jr and probably call him "MAGA"...

But that's neither here nor there. I stand by my statement. Break the eggs, get us to Mars... I prefer his method to NASA's.

Was he against science?

Is it your claim that fawning over Trump doesn't exist?
Correct. The entire notion that Trump supporters somehow "fawn over" and "worship" Donald Trump is a juvenile and entirely spiteful leftist fabrication. Leftists have nothing else.

Trump did not declare himself President of the US. We the People mandated him to be President and as anyone can see, he is adhering to Our mandate. You don't realize any of this, do you? You aren't sufficiently in touch with reality to recognize how this all works.

Telemetry indicated the fire broke out after propellant lines leading to one of the Raptors ruptured due to unexpected harmonic vibrations. SpaceX carried out a 60-second engine test firing of the Starship launched Monday, studying responses to various thrust levels.

Based on the test results, propellant feed lines were modified, fuel temperatures were changed and thrust levels were adjusted to avoid any such harmonic responses. Additional vents were installed in the area where the fire broke out and a nitrogen purge system was added to minimize the chance of fire.

Given that this failure happened at about the same time as the last time, and that this time 4 of 6 engines died, the results of the post mortem are sure to be interesting.

If this was harmonics again I suspect it will take a long time for SpaceX to get another flight permit.
