Yes. Unfortunately in Obama's case, he wasn't eligible for the Presidency, not having been born in the US., but the election results were the voice of the people + DNC cheating (at which the DNC excels).
 
So then- to whom do the damage victims of The Boy Elon's rain of space junk send their compensation claims ?
