The EVIDENCE showed Trump should not be charged Biden’s dementia saved him from being charged
 
Prosecutors DO NOT EXONERATE EVER. Just as Prosecutors do not find guilt.

it is not a role they have so the claim is meaningless. They either find enough EVIDENCE to charge or they do not.

Trials with findings of 'Not Guilty' are the only way to get exoneration.

Thinking there is any value to saying 'Hur did not exonerate' is as stupid as saying 'Hur did not say Biden did not commit theft' or 'Hur did not say Biden did not commit murder'.

Again Prosecutors NEVER speak to that, as that is not their job. Trials are the ONLY ones that can determine those.

And in Hur's assessment, there was sufficient evidence to bring the case to trial, but he and his staff found Biden sufficiently mentally impaired, aka incompetent, that he felt a reasonable jury would acquit or find Biden not guilty on account of that impairment or incompetence.

The question then becomes, if the above is true, why the fuck is Biden still in office?

It is not the job of the Special Council to exonerate. I don’t know why the ignorant Trumpublicans would ask this question. It’s misleading.

nordi, it's called a two tier justice system. What I like best is the documents in open boxes left in his garage next to a Zappos box and an old dog bed.
