Unless of course there is a ruling by the judge based on the fact that one side has presented no evidence. You might read the ruling by the 11th circuit. it makes it pretty clear that Trump has presented no evidence to support his claim.

BOTTOM LINE...whether the documents were classified or not really does not matter much. The request was for documents that were marked as classified...and that is what Trump and his stooges said they had complied with. (They had not.)
If they truly were classified and stayed classified...that opens another door the slob has to walk through.
