With regards to authenticity, it is worthwhile pointing out that the Huy Fong Rooster brand is not a genuine Thai sauce, it is made for the US market in California. They used to sell it in the Thai supermarket near me but stopped doing so because nobody was buying it.

everyone always talks about how good sriracha hot sauce is.

But my question is, how asian-y does it taste? I don't like asian food and asian flavors that much. I love hot sauce. Should I try some of this sometime?
