St. Louis couple who pointed guns at protesters indicted

You don't know that they weren't-they were trespassing, though-on private property..........Were they threatening them? Yes or No?
We'll never agree...but we shall see....when Justice is done;)

I'll give you a chance.

You asked me this question: "Were they threatening them?"

The question implies that they indeed did. So how did they threaten them? Be specific.

How is it trespassing if the gate was open and they knew they were coming?

And good job on passing a Chemistry test. ;)
Did they have a permit ? Was everyone in the neighborhood aware that they were coming? Obviously not....If someone invited them, they should be held responsible....not the people protecting their homes....and their lives;)

So, you're not following the story....Gotcha;) I'll let you know when this case is decided;)

YES they said the protesters were on their property. I saw them on the news last night.

Your overcompensation tactics aside, those are facts for the court to decide. The McCloskeys have a right to defend themselves but they didn't have a right to brandish firearms. Also, while some of the pedestrians may have trespassed, the charges would stick if anyone who the McCloskeys threatened with their weapon was never trespassing.

Like the Rittenhouse shooting, I expect there will be a lot more video presented in court than has presently been released to the public. Also like Rittenhouse, I doubt they'll be convicted of the more serious charges, but am guessing they'll be convicted of threatening, brandishing or similar charges.

YES they were!!!! They were WWB! Sure to drive any rich bitch ambulance chaser to whip out her trusty .380 and point it crazily at those dark skinned people walking through her neighborhood!

Their homes were not in peril. They took a long time before they charged them.

LOL. This should be interesting. Source for that.

Agreed about interesting. There were a lot of people walking by for awhile. All it takes is one asshole to say something like that. I'd like to hear what Patricia was screaming to provoke such a nasty response.

Personally I don't care if the governor pardons them. Good for them.[/QUOTE]I am focusing on them....you're focusing on the gate and streets, the disguntled neighbors and and the noisy protestors who got "let in";)

Any vet worth his salt would tell you that in order to defend yourself, you'd assume your position behind something, i.e. a window and let your "enemy" pass you by. Do not provoke them. Brandishing your weapons is a recipe for disaster.
