Starbucks CEO Howard Shultz for president

Shultz makes me nervous for a couple reasons.

One is that he is electable. He could win by bleeding support from Trump. Many Trump supporters are ‘economy first’ advocates and if Shultz presents his case in such a way that he appeals to this bloc of voters, then Shultz could win by building a coalition from both major parties.

Secondly, Shultz could force democrats towards the middle. We need democrats to be cray-cray going into 2020 lol. I’d prefer he ran as a democrat [because they’re too far gone to nominate him] or just stay out of it altogether.

Shultz would make it easy for Trump to get elected. No way he helps the Dems. That is why the rightys on this thread are backing him. They actually want Daffy to be president again. Hard to imagine, I know.
