Boston Legal was (IMHO) one of the best TV comedy/dramas going. NOTHING beat the scathing arguments/closings/cross examinations of lawyer Alan Shore (played by James Spader). Yes, it DEFINITELY had a "liberal" bent to it, but damned if it wasn't accurate to a T. Here, Shore puts the SCOTUS on the carpet. Check it out because it's damned near prophetic to date:
