Stop and Frisk Smacked Down, Violated the Rights of New Yorkers

One example would be the mandate that people purchase health insurance. Which is tyranny.
?

OHHHH the tyranny!!! When they went to the ER without insurance they were still treated! Oh the tyranny of a system that keeps them from keeling over! oh the tyranny that doctors would treat them without paying!

(eye roll)

Requiring individual responsibility for health insurance is NOT tyranny; it's a shame we have to do it though.

it's easy enough to do that. simply prohibit anything but emergency trauma care from being provided for no cost. then everyone becomes responsible for their part of the cost.

dear idiot that is the MOST expensive way to treat people.

why are you so fucking stupid?

While roads and healthcare are totally different issues, I live on a private road, which means to get anything done we have to get the people who live on it together to agree to pay for any work that needs to be done.

Let's just say not a lot of work gets done.

and plenty people drive on it who never pay for it; we can't fence it off.

Even after the law was passed, they voted for the same marxists that mandated this on them.

They also vote for people who want to take away their right to defend themselves with a gun.

I could go on, and on, but as I said before, "when did New Yorkers start being concerned about their rights"?

That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Most people, and I would assume most New Yorkers, WANT universal healthcare.

'Marxists' is an INCREDIBLY stupid thing to say about Obama. AMAZINGLY stupid .. unless you believe that Wall Street and Banking are in the habit of showering shitloads on money on a Marxist. Hopefully, you aren't that stupid.

YOU may be paranoid enough to believe that your safety is found in the barrel of a gun, but everyone isn't that dumb either.

You SHOULD go 'on and on' because what you've posted thus far is incredibly nonsensical.

Go on then, since nothing you posted so far has any relevance to your initial comment.
