The courts don't hire police. Cities, counties, and States do. They hire them for a specific purpose...to protect the public by enforcing the law.

unfortunately, for you, the government is going to listen to the courts, not you.

Can they be everywhere at once? No. You ALSO have the inherent right of self defense. In many States you ALSO have the right to assist police in upholding the law if they request it. Indeed, the police are rather ineffective unless the public supports the police.

But it still remains the same. The police are hired to protect the public by enforcing the law.
