They do, but the US has a legal duty to protect all citizens and part of that is to identify supporters of terrorism and terrorists and prevent them from being able to carry out terrorist attacks.

It is sufficient under current US law that they are sympathizers and for those that send money to organizations or are in organizations, like the PSA (Palestinian Student Association), they are subject to surveillance and other scrutiny as supporters of terrorism.

It isn't a "picture." It is a video of Jewish professor David Horowitz confronting a pro-Palestinian student at UCSD (University of California, San Diego). She admits in her response she can't answer his question about supporting terrorist groups like Hamas because she could be arrested or come under scrutiny by law enforcement for it.

Look,...in plain English this Israel/hamas thing is pretty easy to figure if you have an open and honest mind. The truth is,.......both sides are assholes in this thing. So what do you do in a situation like that? An honest person realizes that there are varying degrees of assholes. In this situation the Hamas terrorists are many many MANY more times the Assholes that the Israeli side is. So,....you pick the side of the lesser evil. In this case its not even close. Where people get themselves into trouble is using this Ignorant ALL OR NOTHING thinking like a caveman would do. As if one side is ALL correct and the other ALL wrong.
