No, it hasn't. He was directly confronted by his conservative constituents after he decided to support a bill that removes the ability of women to vote if they took their husband's last name.

If a program has 1% growth, and less than 1% overhead, then even cutting all the overhead will not cut the program one bit. And without any overhead, the program will die.

So trump needs to cut benefits. And benefits mostly go to trump voters. That is just life.
