WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court gave the Trump administration the green light Monday to revoke special legal protections for thousands of Venezuelan immigrants, which could pave the way for at least some of them to be deported.

The high court granted an emergency application filed by the administration, meaning officials can move forward with reversing a decision made at the tail end of the Biden administration to extend protections for almost 350,000 Venezuelans under the federal Temporary Protected Status program.

Another win for President Trump and America, except for the far left Democratic Socialist loons.

These loons will be going to Venezuela trying to bring them back.

The decision is a "win for the American people and the safety of our communities," Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement.

"The Trump administration is re-instituting integrity into our immigration system to keep our homeland and to keep our homeland and its people safe," she said.
