What will you do if Merchan unconditionally discharges the case? That is, Merchan orders no fines, no jail time, no probation, nada, nothing, zip-point-shit. Sure, the meaningless convictions--at that point--remain on the books and mean nothing, but what will you do?

Whatever the outcome tomorrow with the sentencing, one thing's for certain. For the next four years it'll be totally meaningless except in scoring talking points on some Progressive Leftist social media site. No country is going to tell Trump he can't enter, except maybe those that are already so hateful of the US Trump isn't going to be visiting them.

Merchan's sentencing will be less meaningful than some sentence handed down by the ICC and ICC sentences are totally meaningless.

While it is still possible to appeal, and win, so far every one of his appeals have either been rejected, or the trial has been allowed to continue. If there was a legitimate issue, the appeals courts would have frozen the trial while it was taken care of.

trump's only hope now is a new appeal, and I just do not see it. he needs to find something new to appeal, that has not been appealed before.
