Trump is well aware from experience that Americas courts are now largely fraudulent....what's the plan Stan?
 
Do not forget that Trump staying in office two years is the worse case scenario in the Swamp....they fully intend to remove him long before that.

I assume they will appeal, because firing everyone and rebuilding won't work in this example.

Dont assume that an appeal will be any more lawful than this is, and it still would score as a stall for the Swamp.

The thing to notice is that the courts increasingly no longer even pretend to be lawful.

We are watching the breakdown of not just the Empire but the nation as well.
