Tammy Baldwin, locked in her own re-election race, won't appear with Biden in Wisconsin​

WASHINGTON – If Democratic Sen. Tammy Baldwin wanted to show her support for President Joe Biden following his shaky debate performance last week, she'd have her chance Friday.

But the Madison Democrat, in a tight reelection race that will help decide the balance of the Senate, will not appear with Biden when he visits her hometown later this week, according to her campaign. Instead, Baldwin will be in northeastern Wisconsin on a pre-planned statewide tour.


Her absence Friday will mark the fourth time this year that Baldwin did not appear with Biden on one of the president's visits to the state. She last visited the president when he stopped in Superior in late January, then did not join him for his subsequent visits in March, April and May. Baldwin's campaign noted she was in Washington during those previous visits.

why would any candidate not want the sitting president, from their own party, who is supposedly doing such a bang up job, at any of their campaign events? This is a serious question, why do you leftist idiots think everyone is as stupid as you?

Yes they are, along with the "tried and true" race card, along with the "I am a woman, hear me ROAR!" card.

1) "Remembrance of Joe" (people are suckers for a good "comeback/underdog story")
2) "The second black president" (playing the "tried and true" race card)
3) "The first WOMAN president" (similar to "Obama 2008" messaging)

Some have talked of the 25th to get rid of Quid Pro - but that would undercut Kamaltoe as some would view it unfair to Bought and Paid for Biden. But when Biden dies (of natural causes, unexpectedly) there will be no resentment and sympathy for the "deep loss" to the party..

I rarely make predictions - but this time I will: Joe Biden will not be alive on Election Day. His heart, you know - it just gave out....

The democrats are like the Mafia, except the Mafia had a code of honor....

This is pretty interesting stuff that I hadn't thought about. It's definitely a possibility, and I hear that the Clintons are experts at this sort of thing...

It's not at all beneath Demonkkkrats to kill off their own candidate (if, for example, Joe and Jill are too stubborn to step aside "for the good of the country"), and then lie about how he died, all so that they don't have to go through the upcoming awkward "return and replace" scenario.
